Matt O'Rourke

Matt O'Rourke has extensive experience in corporate leadership and nonprofit governance, currently serving as a Board Member for NewBo City Market and United Way of East Central Iowa since 2010. Roles at NewBo City Market have included Secretary, Vice President, and President, along with participation in various committees focused on finance, facilities, development, and business. O'Rourke has held senior positions in corporate mergers and acquisitions at AEGON USA and Transamerica since the early 1990s. Additionally, O'Rourke has contributed to educational institutions as a Board Member and Adjunct Professor, covering topics such as corporate finance and risk management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
