Pascal Ernst

Pascal Ernst serves as the Global Head of HR Digital Experience at Aegon since June 2018, leading digital HR transformation efforts to align the people agenda with business objectives through HR technology, people analytics, and data. Previous roles include Business Change Manager HR Technology at Aegon, focusing on behavioral and cultural transformation, and Management Consultant at Accenture, where Pascal designed and implemented process and change interventions.
