Tom Mooney

Tom Mooney is a Cloud and Application Security Leader currently serving as the Director of Cloud and Application Security and the Global Lead Cloud Security Architect at Aegon. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Cloud Security Architect at IBM and Lead Cloud Security Architect for the UK Civil Service. Tom also contributed as the Chairman of the UoP Computer and Information Security Society, overseeing events and outreach initiatives. They began their career as a Software Engineer at H.M. Land Registry, later advancing to an Information Assurance Officer role, where they focused on ISO compliance and Information Assurance. Tom is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cambridge.
