Tom Pearson

Tom Pearson currently serves as the Head of Investment Oversight at Aegon, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Phoenix Group from November 2016 to January 2022, including Senior Proposition Manager and Investment Development & Fund Governance Manager, where responsibilities included managing fund manager relationships, overseeing large pension client transitions, and supporting clients in investment solution design. Tom also contributed significantly to regulatory changes for the Corporate TIP product. Earlier experience at AXA Wealth from September 2010 to October 2016 involved enhancing products, managing Part VII activities, and overseeing investment operations. Additionally, Tom had a foundational role at AXA from July 2004 to September 2010, managing teams focused on pricing controls and investment administration. Tom's educational background includes GCSEs from Harrow Way Community School.
