Xavier Dosda

Xavier Dosda is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an M&A Associate in Corporate Development at Aegon since October 2025. Prior to this role, Xavier worked as an Investment Analyst in Private Equity/Debt at Oikocredit from May 2022 to September 2025 and gained experience as a Structured Finance Analyst at GarantiBank International NV for a brief period in early 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as an Equity Analyst at VF Investment from December 2018 to March 2019. Xavier holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering and another Master's degree in International Financial Management from Université de Bordeaux, supplemented by studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where completion of the Oxford Private Markets Investments Programme occurred in December 2022. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Management was obtained from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar.
