Thomas Rodrigues has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Head of Software Engineering at Aegro since October 2014, Thomas previously worked as a Full-Stack Software Engineer at MAXIPROD Informática Industrial from November 2012 to February 2014, and as a Backend Software Engineer at Datacom from March 2012 to November 2012. Thomas began a career in research at Fraunhofer IESE and the Technical University Kaiserslautern from October 2011 to January 2012. Educationally, Thomas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, completed in January 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, obtained in January 2012 from the same institution.
