Aditya Bikkani

Aditya Bikkani has held various roles throughout their career. Aditya started their career in 2005 as a Student Outbound Caller at Cleveland State University. Aditya then progressed to roles such as Student Technology Service Specialist and Help Desk Technician (Level 2) at the same institution, where they gained experience in desktop support, hardware and networking troubleshooting, and remote protocol support.

In 2010, Aditya joined AEL Data Services LLP and held positions such as Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Business Development. Here, they focused on driving business growth and development.

Aditya also worked at iBridge, LLC in 2011 as an E-Discovery trainee, where they gained experience in electronic discovery processes.

From 2017 to 2018, Aditya worked in management consulting before joining AEL Data in 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer.

Most recently, in 2021, Aditya joined the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) as the COGA Community Co-chair, focusing on accessibility for individuals with cognitive and learning disabilities.

Overall, Aditya has a diverse range of experience in business development, operations, technology support, and accessibility initiatives.

Aditya Bikkani completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Cleveland State University, from the years 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Aditya has obtained several certifications, including the DHS Trusted Tester Certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in August 2022, the Digital Accessibility for the Modern Workplace certification from LinkedIn in April 2022, and the Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certification from The Priority Academy in July 2020.
