Guanglei Deng

Guanglei Deng is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in blockchain technology, software development, and financial services. Currently serving as a Core Contributor at aelf since April 2018, Guanglei has significantly contributed to the open-source ecosystem and played a vital role in the development of a blockchain platform as Chief Architect. Previous experience includes leading research and development at RockX, focusing on liquid staking and multi-party computation, and serving as an Executive Director in Digital Assets Engineering at Goldman Sachs. Guanglei has also worked as a Python Developer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and an FCC Analytics Associate at Standard Chartered Bank, where automation and risk management were central to the roles. Earlier positions include COO at Decision Support Systems Pte Ltd and a Senior Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where Guanglei contributed to real-time automation solutions.
