Daniel Chang

Daniel Haiming Chang founded AEM, Inc. in 1988 and AEM Components (USA), Inc. in 2001, and serves as a director for both organizations. They began their entrepreneurial journey in 1986 and retired in 2021. They earned dual master's degrees in science and engineering from the University of Southern California and South China University of Technology. They currently serve as an industrial advisor at SDSU College of Engineering (2024 - Present) and as a member of the USC Viterbi Mork Family Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science Advisory Board (2025 - Present).
