AEM Systems (Yorkshire) Ltd. is an IT support company, founded in 1999 to meet the demand from small and medium-sized businesses in the local area for IT support and service. Based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, the business expanded in 2024 to facilities in Essex.

AEM Systems is led by founder Andy Maxey, a seasoned IT specialist with over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses across Yorkshire and the UK with practical, no‑nonsense technology solutions. Starting out on the tools and growing through hands‑on work with SMEs, Andy has built a reputation for being approachable, straight‑talking and focused on what matters most: keeping systems running, people productive and businesses secure.

Today, AEM Systems brings together a friendly, multi‑skilled team covering every aspect of modern business IT, so clients have one trusted partner instead of juggling multiple providers. From proactive IT support and secure networking to business‑grade email and web hosting, the team designs and manages infrastructure that fits each organisation’s size, sector and way of working.

Alongside core support, AEM Systems delivers custom app, CRM and ERP development to streamline workflows, reporting and customer experience, integrating new tools with existing systems wherever possible. The team also partners with Fruity Digital for web design and development, ensuring websites are fast, secure and fully aligned with wider IT, data and hosting requirements.

For communications, AEM Systems provides flexible mobile contracts and scalable VoIP solutions, supporting everyone from solo consultants to multi‑site teams that need reliable, cost‑effective calling and collaboration. Hardware, software and ongoing maintenance are all handled under one roof, with clear advice to help clients invest in the right tech at the right time.

Rooted in Yorkshire but serving businesses UK‑wide, AEM Systems prides itself on long‑term relationships, responsive support and a genuinely personal service
