Firas Sozan

Firas Sozan is the Founder and CEO of Harrison Clarke, a leading staffing and recruiting firm specializing in Cloud, Data, and AI, established in January 2017. Under Firas's leadership, the firm partners with Tier 1 Venture Capital firms to assist companies in achieving growth with top engineering talent. Additionally, Firas is the Founder and General Partner of Harrison Clarke Ventures, focusing on early-stage technology investments, and holds various investment roles in companies such as Aembit and Bicycle. Previous experiences include leading Phaidon's technology recruitment brand on the West Coast and managing teams at SThree and Huntress. Firas holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Westminster.
