Aleena Raza is an experienced engineer currently serving as a System Planning Engineer at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since June 2025. Aleena's previous role as an Electrical Engineer at AtkinsRéalis lasted from October 2024 to May 2025. Prior to that, a significant tenure at K-Electric spanned from October 2019 to October 2022, during which Aleena contributed to major generation and transmission projects, including the commissioning of a 900MW power plant and various digitalization initiatives. Aleena also held a Trainee Engineer position, assisting with SCADA systems and maintenance of multiple grid stations. Leadership capabilities were developed as the Director of Event Management for the IMechE NED Student Chapter, and initial industry exposure came through an internship at Atlas Honda LTD focused on production processes. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Victoria University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
