Beth Hicks

Beth Hicks is a Strategic Change Management Consultant with a strong background in customer-centric change initiatives. They have held key roles at major organizations, including serving as an Organisational Change Manager at Rio Tinto and as Organisational Change Lead at Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint. In addition to these positions, Beth was recognized as WA Trainee of the Year in 2018. With a passion for effective change communication and stakeholder management, Beth designs and implements strategic change frameworks to enhance organizational culture and employee interactions. Currently, they are working at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) as a Change Manager.
