Cathryn O'Flaherty

Cathryn O'Flaherty is an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since December 2021, with a focus on leadership development and change management. Prior roles include a Consultant in Organisational Learning and Development at Monash Health from February 2014 to December 2021, responsible for implementing leadership training and key change initiatives in hospital expansion and team leadership models. Cathryn also served as an Intern in the Human Resource Department at Monash Health in 2012 and was the Business Owner of The Sensible Sandwich café for nearly a decade. Academic qualifications include a BA/LLB (Hons) from Monash University, a Master's degree in Organisational Leadership and Coaching from Charles Sturt University, and ongoing studies towards a Master's in Science of Organisational Development at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, Cathryn is a Certified Organisational Coach (Level 3) from the Institute of Executive Coaching (IECL).
