Chris Davies has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Group Manager for Future Energy Systems at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since December 2015, with previous roles including Manager of Strategy & Coordination and Renewable Integration. Prior experience includes positions at GHD as a Senior Renewable Energy Engineer and various engineering roles, beginning as an Undergraduate Process Engineer at BP Solar and CSG Solar. Chris Davies holds a Bachelor of Photovoltaics and Solar Energy Engineering with First Class Honours from UNSW, completed in 2007.
