Deep Juneja

Deep Juneja has over two decades of experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Connections Delivery at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since October 2004, Deep leads a team of Project Managers overseeing grid connection projects across the National Electricity Market (NEM). Previous roles at AEMO include Lead for the Connections Simulation Tool, Acting Manager for Connections Reform, and Team Lead for NEM Forecasting systems, where responsibilities spanned project management, business analysis, and regulatory consultation within the energy sector. Prior to AEMO, Deep worked as a Business Analyst at EDS Australia and held roles in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Deep holds a Master of Computing with Distinction, along with other academic qualifications from Western Sydney University, NIIT, and Delhi University.
