Flora Wang

Flora Wang is an experienced Senior Change Manager currently working at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) on the WA Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Program, building systems to integrate small-scale energy devices with the Whole Electricity Market (WEM). Previously, Flora led change management initiatives for the WEM Reform Program at AEMO and held roles at the Department of Communities WA and HBF Health, where responsibilities included process redesign and overseeing change management delivery across multiple projects. Flora's career in recruitment includes significant contributions as a Talent Acquisition Partner at RAC WA and experience as a Recruitment Consultant in various sectors. Flora holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Public Relations from Curtin University.
