Gary Betts

Gary Betts is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various sectors, including technology and operations. They served as the Executive Director at the NSW Police Force from 2018 to 2022, overseeing corporate and business systems. Prior to that, they held significant positions at organizations such as Westpac, TNT Express International, and the Department of Transport. Currently, Gary is the General Manager of Energy Markets & Corporate Digital Systems at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where they focus on solution design, architecture, and program management. Gary earned a Master's degree in Business and Technology from UNSW between 2005 and 2008.
