Jane Yu is currently a Principal Engineer at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where they have advanced through various roles including Senior Engineer and Engineer in Future Energy Systems and Operational DER Management. Prior to joining AEMO, Jane gained experience as a Graduate, completing rotations in Metering, Operational Analysis and Engineering, Future Energy Systems, and Victorian Transmission Planning. Jane also worked as a Vacation Student at CSIRO and as an Analyst at Beast Solutions. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from The Australian National University, supplemented by a semester exchange program in Electrical Engineering at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich.
