Jessica Lee is an engineer specializing in operational analysis and engineering at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since February 2023, after serving as a graduate engineer and intern grid connections engineer within the same organization. During the internship, Jessica conducted PSCAD studies, designed an automated power systems model database using Microsoft tools, and attended training on grid forming inverters. Prior to AEMO, Jessica was the Head of Electrical Systems and Powertrain Engineer at Monash Motorsport, overseeing subassemblies and HV battery management while promoting female engagement in engineering. Jessica gained hands-on experience as a lab demonstrator at Monash University and has a dual degree in Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University, earned between 2017 and 2022.
