Jonathon Dore currently serves as the Manager of Distributed Energy Resource Technical Integration at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since April 2024, leading a team to advance distributed energy initiatives within Australia's National Electricity Market. Prior to this role, Jonathon was the DSO Services Lead at Ausgrid from August 2021 to April 2024 and held various leadership positions at Solar Analytics from October 2014 to August 2021, including Head of Product Innovation and Head of Data Analytics and Data Strategy, where responsibilities included guiding product evolution and developing performance monitoring models for distributed PV systems. Jonathon's earlier experience includes roles at UNSW Australia as a PhD student and postdoctoral fellow, and process development positions at Suntech R&D Australia and CSG Solar AG. Jonathon holds a PhD in Thin-Film Silicon Photovoltaics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Photovoltaics & Solar Energy from UNSW.
