Maddison Demmler is a professional with diverse experience in the energy and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Graduate Program Manager at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since July 2024, Maddison previously held the position of Grid Connection Engineer Graduate Program Manager at the Clean Energy Council from January 2024 to July 2024. Prior to this role, Maddison worked as an Executive Assistant to the EGM of People & Culture at AEMO from July 2022 to January 2024 and as a National Sales Coordinator at Mercedes-Benz Australia from March 2020 to September 2022. Maddison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management from La Trobe University, completed in 2016.
