Phil Coyne is an experienced communications and engagement lead with a strong background in community engagement and project management. They have developed and delivered infrastructure projects for local and state government entities, including past roles as a Senior Engagement Advisor at Major Road Projects Victoria and as a Community Engagement and Research Advisor for the City of Boroondara. Currently, Phil leads planning and delivery for public and active transport infrastructure projects at the Department of Transport and serves as a Senior Stakeholder Advisor at the Australian Energy Market Operator. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management from Victoria University of Technology and an MBA from the University of Ballarat.
