Ravish Patel

Ravish Patel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and support across various organizations. Beginning a career at AAPT as a Customer Resolution Consultant, responsibilities included managing escalations and supporting provisioning operations. This role was followed by positions at Intel Corporation, where Ravish led network migration projects and provided desktop support, and Berkley Insurance Australia, where involvement in network infrastructure design and maintenance occurred. Subsequently, Ravish worked at Ricoh Australia as a Network Engineer, offering Level 2/3 support for server and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as a Network Professional at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since July 2020, Ravish is adept in troubleshooting and managing complex network environments.
