Ruby Brown

Ruby Brown is currently serving as the Business Readiness Lead at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since June 2025. Previously, Ruby held multiple roles at Kmart Australia Limited, including Iteration Manager and Business Analyst in IT from June 2022 to July 2025. Prior to that, Ruby worked at Tango Energy as a Digital Business Analyst from January 2021 to June 2022, where a secondment to Delivery Lead was completed. Ruby's earlier experience includes roles at Pacific Hydro from May 2018 to January 2021, where duties encompassed IT Service Desk Lead, IT Service Desk Analyst, and Corporate Reception Services Officer.
