Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly currently serves as the Manager of Finance and Governance at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), overseeing finance and governance activities aligned with the Wholesale Electricity Market and Gas Services Information Rules in Western Australia. With extensive experience in financial management, Stephen has held senior roles at various organizations, including Capricorn Society Ltd as Senior Finance Business Partner, and Serco, where strategic financial support was provided to the Health division. Previous positions include Investment Evaluation Manager and Divisional Commercial Manager at Western Power, as well as significant roles in business operations and consulting at Alcatel-Lucent, Mantissa Consulting, and others. Stephen holds a CPA from the CPA Australia Program and a Master's in Finance from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
