Stuart Norgrove

Stuart Norgrove is currently a Senior Engineer focused on Future Energy Systems at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where they address technical and regulatory challenges in Australia’s energy transition towards net zero. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Adviser and Adviser at the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) and worked as a Spot Trader & Operator at Iberdrola Australia. Stuart's earlier experience includes serving as an Algorithm Engineer at Solar Analytics, Operations Engineer at Infigen Energy, and undertaking a collaborative thesis with Lion to optimize plant energy sources. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Photovoltaics & Solar Energy) with First Class Honours from the University of New South Wales.
