Tim Daly

Tim Daly has extensive experience in the field of cyber security and risk management, currently serving as the GM Cyber Security (CISO) at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since July 2009. Previously, Tim held positions as Chief Security Officer and Group Manager Risk, Security & Service Management at AEMO. Prior to this, Tim worked at NEMMCO as Corporate Security Officer and held various roles, including IT Security Architect at Transpower New Zealand Ltd, and Senior IT Security Consultant, Network Security Engineer, and Systems Engineer at Atos Origin (Australia). Tim pursued a Double Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science (incomplete) in Computer Science and Geomatic Engineering at UNSW from 1993 to 1996, and attended Oakhill.
