Xiaodan (Jessica) Gao is a Principal Engineer at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where they have been since 2019, contributing their expertise in power systems. Prior to this role, they worked as a Power System Engineer at LR Senergy from 2018 to 2019. Xiaodan completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Newcastle from 2013 to 2017, following their Bachelor of Engineering in Wind Energy and Power Engineering from North China Electric Power University between 2009 and 2013.
