Dr. Ethan Huang holds a Ph.D. degree in Mycology from China Agricultural University and an M.S. degree in plant pathology from Southwest Forestry University in Kunming. Dr. Huang has over 30 years of academic and work experience in microbiology and food safety. He has extensive experience covering the following areas: (1) cleaning and sanitation in food and beverage industry, (2) food safety testing and shelf-life solutions, (3) microbial fermentation and process development for production of various microbial products, (4) application of microorganisms in waste treatment, (5) pest control solutions for organic farming.
