The Boury Academy is a private initiative to offer young chefs, waiters, sommeliers... from around the globe the opportunity to learn and gain experience in the kitchen or service team of Restaurant Boury in Roeselare, Belgium.
 
As a gastronomic restaurant with a great team of talented players, our concept serves as a knowledge center for motivated people.

Candidates get a good insight into modern, European gastronomy,  discipline, mentality and day-to-day life. A very enriching experience.
