Jasmine Walter

Jasmine Walter is a Research Officer at Aeon Media Group Ltd, where responsibilities include conducting research and project management for Psyche.co, a non-profit publication focused on mental health. In addition, Jasmine has contributed to equity research for the Aeon Fund during a secondment. As a PhD Candidate in Philosophy at Monash Centre for Consciousness & Contemplative Studies, research investigates the relationship between consciousness and clinical practices for disorders caused by brain damage. Previous experience includes serving as the inaugural Grants Officer at Psyche Foundation Ltd, where Jasmine managed the grant-making process, and holding research and technical positions at Monash University, focusing on experimental psychology and interdisciplinary collaboration. Early career experience includes roles at Commonwealth Bank as a Credit Card Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Jasmine holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from Monash University, along with a Licence from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and a Diploma in Languages, French Studies.
