Asset Earning Power Group (AEPG)’s ambition is to create exceptional developments which foster wellness and lifestyle at their core.

As technology changes, the way we live and work, and the home environment, become even more
important in fulfilling our needs. AEPG developments provide a sense of place and community, underpinned by a commitment to providing healthy, sustainable, environments for everyone.

We have recently formed a new strategic alliance for the East of England Showground in Peterborough, home of the Peterborough Arena and Events Centre. The site owner, East of England Agricultural Society, has entered into a land promotion agreement with AEPG to enhance the existing leisure and events offer and develop the 165-acre site, for a residential, mixed-use scheme.
