It is not possible for a company to have all required competencies within the organization; hence, there is always a need to collaborate. A new form of competition is increasingly visible in global markets: - Group v/s Group. These groups are almost like virtual corporations. Individuals in the group differ in size and in competencies, but they are together as they fulfill specific roles within their group. These collaborations may appear loose, but derive strength from a commonality of purpose.
