Halcyon Manton

Halcyon Manton has a wealth of experience in the education sector. In 2013, they began their career as an Early Years, KS1 & KS2 Teacher at The British International School Abu Dhabi. In 2015, they moved to Danes Hill School as a SEN & Year 1 Teacher, and in 2018, they were promoted to Head of Year. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Peggy Orange, a consultancy providing bespoke training and/or creative and immersive educational content. In 2021, they took on the role of Education Consultant for The Dazzle & Fizz Clubhouse, and in 2022, they became a Founding Member of the Metaverse Education Council and a Project Manager at Performance54. They are currently an Education Lead at Aequaland, helping to build an inclusive, engaging and diverse platform to encourage children to be their own superheroes and become well-rounded global citizens.

Halcyon Manton attended the University of Roehampton, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education.
