Patrick Oschust is currently the Managing Director and Head of AEQUITA North America. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Patrick served as the COO and Vorstand at STS Group AG from 2017 to 2020 and held various positions, including Director and Managing Director at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Patrick was the CEO of NORSILK SAS from 2015 to 2016 and the Prototype/Process Development Manager at Draexlmaier Automotive of America in 2005. Patrick earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Holztechnik from Hochschule Rosenheim, graduating in 1999.
