Too many students move through school without ever seeing how what they’re learning connects to real careers.

Aequo Pathway Foundation exists to change that.

Aequo Pathway Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to meaningful career exploration opportunities for students—particularly those in underserved communities.

We partner with schools to create student-centered experiences where professionals share their career journeys, helping students connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world possibilities.

Our work is rooted in a simple belief: exposure creates opportunity.

By introducing students to a wide range of careers and perspectives, we aim to help them imagine new possibilities for their future.

If you’re a school, professional, or organization interested in getting involved, we’d love to connect.
