Aerial Dragonfly Movement Studio offers instruction in a variety of aerial arts, pole dance, and other movement modalities. Merging fun, fitness and flight, our sessions are suitable for the recreational aerialist or the dedicated performer! Sessions are highly personalized, with a focus on developing strength, fostering creativity and building an aerial repertoire, all through individualized instruction! We currently offer instruction of Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Trapeze, Aerial Yoga, Flexibility and Contortion, Pole Fitness, Partner Acro and Aerial Conditioning/Fitness.
