Prabhat Kumar

Prabhat Kumar has extensive experience in administrative and facilities management roles. Prabhat has worked as Head of Admin & Facilities at Aeries since 2022, overseeing real estate, facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance. Prior to that, they held the same role at Religare Finvest Limited (SME Loans) from 2019 to 2022, where they managed pan-India branches and various functions of administration. Prabhat also served as Head of Admin & Facilities at Unimoni from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at YES BANK, including Senior Vice President of Facilities & Administration and Vice President with RICS and EMS certification. Prabhat also worked as an Assistant Vice President at YES BANK and as a Senior Manager of Administration & Facilities at JLL.

Prabhat Kumar completed their Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from Bangalore University from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they studied Biology/Biological Sciences at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1996 to 1998. Prabhat also holds additional certifications, including RICS certification from MRICS obtained in 2016 and the IGBC (Indian Green Building Certification) from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. Prabhat also has a certification in ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.
