Michael Garner

Michael Garner is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in customer success and service management within the IoT and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success for the Automotive Business Unit at Aeris IoT SaaS, Michael oversees various teams including presales engineering and technical account management. Prior to this role, Michael held several leadership positions at Aeris, including Head of Global Services for both the Automotive and IoT divisions, as well as Sr. Solutions Director. Michael's earlier experience includes significant roles at Visionael Corporation, Optimal Networks, Madge Networks, and Garner and Associates, demonstrating a strong track record in service delivery, professional services, technical support, and team management.
