Suzanne Lancaster

Suzanne Lancaster is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global marketing and communications. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Marketing & Communications at Aeris Communications since August 2015, Suzanne previously held the position of European Marketing Director at IBM from January 2012 to July 2015, where involvement included leading European marketing for IBM Customer Analytics. Prior to IBM, Suzanne was European Marketing Director at Tealeaf Customer Experience Management, acquired by IBM in 2012. Additional roles include Marketing Director and Head of Global Marketing at Email Vision, Senior Marketing Executive at Northgate Information Solutions, and Marketing Executive at UKeU and comshare. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
