Joaquín Luque

Joaquín Luque is a Professor in the Electronic Technology Department at the University of Seville, where they have taught for over 30 years, focusing on computer engineering disciplines. Luque earned their M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at the University of Seville, as well as additional M.S. degrees in Philosophy and Science, Technology & Society. They have held various leadership roles at the university, including Rector and Chief Technical Officer, and co-founded Isotrol, where they served as Research Director. Luque has been recognized with multiple awards, including the University of Malaga medal and “IT in Andalusia” award.
