Stuart Loh is the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Twingate, a network security platform, and the Co-Founder of Aerofiler, a contract repository company. Stuart has also worked as the VP, Legal at Pango and as a Legal Consultant for various technology companies. With a background in law, finance, and technology, Stuart has experience in advising on strategic transactions, negotiating contracts, and legal operations. Stuart has also co-founded DocBook and worked in roles at companies such as SurveyMonkey, King & Wood Mallesons, Macquarie Bank, and EDS Australia. Stuart holds a graduate diploma in Applied Finance, an LLB, and an LLM in Law, Science & Technology.
