Heather Bickers

Heather is the Director of Human Resources for AeroFlexx and brings more than 20 years’ experience in HR. Heather’s focus with AeroFlexx is to work across the team to identify high-performing talent and support AeroFlexx’s commitment to being an employer of choice for innovative marketing and packaging professionals.

Prior to joining AeroFlexx, Heather served as Human Resources Director for Innventure, where she helped the team systematically build transformative businesses with meaningful impact.

Heather’s human resources experience also includes working with XPO Logistics as Senior Director, Human Resources. Heather began her human resources career with Drywall Service of Gary, Inc., after transitioning from her early career in social services, where she served as Executive Director for a supervised visitation agency.

Heather received her MBA from Valparaiso University with a concentration in Business Intelligence, and her B.A. in Psychology from Purdue University. Heather’s human resources certifications include a Veterans at Work Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
