Ryan McFadden has worked at four companies throughout their career. Ryan began their professional experience in 2007 as an Intern at O'Brien & Gere. In 2008, they moved to Welch Allyn, where they worked as a Calibration Coordinator/Software Validator. In this role, they maintained all calibrated equipment by developing a database and new procedures to keep track of important inspection dates while following FDA regulations, and they also helped develop a system to locate all calibrated equipment using RFID in any building within a 5 foot radius. In 2011, they joined M.S. Kennedy Corporation as a Test Engineer - Co-op. Finally, in 2012, they began working at Aerolase, where they held the roles of Production Manager, Project Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, and Test Engineer.
Ryan McFadden completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University between 2005 and 2009. Ryan then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2012. In 2020, they obtained two certifications from Coursera - Electric Power Systems and Natural Gas, both from the University at Buffalo & The State University of New York.
