Joice Thomas is a highly experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with over 29 years in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Director of Technical & Sales and Aviation Technical Consultant at Aeropenta since May 2021, Joice holds EASA, UK CAA, and UAE GCAA B1/C licenses, specializing in Airbus A330, A340, and Boeing B777, B787 airframes and engines. Previously, Joice acted as Duty Manager and Lead Aircraft Engineer at Etihad Airways from May 2010 to April 2021 and worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from December 2000 to April 2010. Joice's extensive technical knowledge and experience in defect rectification and aircraft maintenance are complemented by an educational background from Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Sciences, graduating from 1989 to 1992.
