Mostafa Abdalla

Mostafa Abdalla has over 18 years of work experience, with their current role being the Vice President of Operations at AeroRepair Corp since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Marmon Aerospace & Defense® from 2019 to 2022. Mostafa also worked as an Operations Manager, Aerospace at the same company from 2015 to 2019. Before joining Marmon Aerospace & Defense®, Mostafa worked as a Quality Manager at XMA Corporation - Omni Spectra® from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they held various positions at Marmon Aerospace & Defense, including Quality Manager from 2012 to 2013, Manufacturing Manager from 2010 to 2012, and Process Engineer/Quality Coordinator from 2007 to 2010. Mostafa started their career at General Cable as an Engineering Specialist from 2004 to 2007.

Mostafa Abdalla earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NHTI, Concord's Community College in 2013. Mostafa then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, which they completed in 2017. In 2018, Mostafa enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and completed a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management II. Mostafa continued their education at the same university and graduated in 2020 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
