Robert Graham

Robert Graham currently serves as the Head of Legal at Aerospike, where responsibilities include leading legal, compliance, and information security matters since March 2025. Previously, Robert held the position of Director, Assistant General Counsel, Commercial at Fivetran from April 2021 to November 2024, focusing on building the commercial legal function and advising on revenue-driving strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at The Trade Desk from January 2018 to April 2021, where contributions aided in the growth of data-driven digital advertising initiatives. Earlier, Robert worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Chen at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 2015. Robert obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco in 2015 and a Certificate of Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in 2019.
