Caitlin Halter

Caitlin Halter, MBA, PHR is currently the Director of Human Resources at Aerotech, Inc. Caitlin started in November 2019 as the Human Resources Manager and was promoted to their current role in July 2023. Prior to their time at Aerotech, Inc., Caitlin worked at Watson Standard from December 2015 to November 2019, holding various HR positions including Manager, Business Systems Analysis & HR and HR Manager. Caitlin also worked at Ariba, an SAP Company from April 2013 to January 2015, where they served as a Human Resources Representative, handling a range of responsibilities including HRIS management, payroll administration, recruitment process enhancement, and global HR projects. Caitlin began their career at Toys R Us in April 2003 as an Associate and stayed with the company until December 2009.

Caitlin Halter, MBA, PHR has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Management and Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they are certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) by the HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute), obtained in 2013.
