Matthew Deacon has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and supply chain fields. Matthew began their career in 2000 as a Fire Support Sergeant in the Army National Guard, where they served until 2006. In 2006, Matthew joined Keystone Applied Technologies, Inc as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. After completing their internship in 2007, they transitioned to Aerotech, Inc. where they held a series of positions including Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Group Leader, Production Planning Manager, Director of Materials, and currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain since June 2023. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering and supply chain management.

Matthew Deacon completed their education with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from Penn State University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007.
